 |  Otogakure, a strong new village that resides in the rice country, it's Otokage, Orochimaru, dedicates himself to stealing string young shinobi and using them t strengthen his village. Oto is a fairly new village that has a passage way leading into it, one paasage way. It is in the form of a base, and in the rice country there is over 400 of them. Luckily finding the right one is one in a thousand, unless of course you know the right base passage.

He resides in an underground office where he takes care of the villagers issues, and only the villagers issues. You must be loyal to survive under his command. nervygary | | Teams even have value in Oto, since Orochimaru's time in the akatsuki he realized that teams are efficient opposed to single tasks. He created a team systme in which they must register for his approval. It is still unclear in what he wishes for a team other than his approval.
